Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements, business goals, and expectations.
• Schedule regular review meetings and provide performance updates.

Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Develop ad strategies aligned with client objectives (lead generation, branding, conversions).
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Coordination & Execution

• Work closely with internal teams (designers, media buyers, content writers) to deliver campaigns.
• Ensure timely execution of creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
• Track deliverables and maintain smooth workflow between teams.

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Provide actionable insights to clients for better ROI.
• Highlight opportunities for upselling/cross-selling digital services.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in

  digital marketing & client servicing

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO basics, and analytics tools

  .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Experience in healthcare/agency environment (preferred but not mandatory).
