We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant cum Compliance executive to manage company accounts, financial records, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and corporate compliance applicable to provide limited companies and/ or NGOs. Rey Responsibilities: Accounting Duties: Maintain and manage day-to-day Books of accounts using Tally. Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and petty cash. Prepare monthly GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain financial statements. Assist in budget planning, cost analysis, and expense tracking. Prepare and finalize monthly and annual financial reports. Coordinate with external auditors and Chartered Accountants. Compliance & Statutory Work: Ensure Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including: - GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, and MCA/ROC filings. Assisr in filing returns for company law (ROC), income tax and CSR. Ensure licenses, registrattions, and governemnt approvals are updated. Manage compliance documentation for NGOs ( 80G, 12A, CSR reports, etc.). Track deadlines for statutory filings and renewals. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in commerce, Accounting, or finance. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting and compliance. Hands-on experience with Tally / Excel / GST portal / MCA portal. Knowledge of Indian Taxation and the Companies Act is a must. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential data.
