Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Manager, located in Chennai. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, providing customer support, analyzing client needs, and developing strategies to improve service delivery. The role also emphasizes maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and client contentment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Services and Communication
• Strong Analytical Skills to understand and cater to client needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
