Client Service Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, timely updates, and excellent service delivery to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client objectivesespecially related to advertising and digital marketing—to develop effective communication and campaign strategies.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Creative, SEO, SEM, SMO, Technical, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage day-to-day operations including project planning, task allocation, budgeting, and tracking delivery timelines.
• Create and define creative and content briefs for websites, microsites, blogs, and social media content.
• Oversee a variety of digital marketing projects such as SEO, SEM, social media optimization, and Google Business listings.
• Attend review meetings, monitor ongoing campaigns, and ensure timely delivery with continuous improvement.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and help expand existing accounts.
• Resolve client issues related to products or services in coordination with the technical team.
• Maintain strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
