Experience:4year+ Roles and Responsibility Ideate, strategize, and execute the SEO campaigns. They effectively delegate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of projects. Lead guides, coaches, and mentors their team members to improve their skills and performance. Hand-on experience in overall SEO aspects including on-page, off-page, technical, and content optimization. Ability to conduct website and SEO audits to understand the SEO campaigns. Should possess the ability to identify the best keywords for a business through keyword research and analysis. Strong knowledge of various free/paid SEO tools. Good hands-on in working on various CMS platforms like WordPress, Magento, Shopify, Big Commerce, Squarespace etc. Should have the understanding of html and CSS. Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices. Ability to identify the SEO problems and gaps along with their root cause and derive the solutions. Strong command over verbal and written communication skills. Should have the understanding of content designing in terms of UI/UX. In-depth knowledge of competitive research and SERP analysis. Solid understanding of Google Algorithms and staying updated with the latest updates related to Search Marketing. In-depth knowledge of setting up & tracking goals & conversions in Universal Analytics and Google Analytics 4. Strong analytical skills to analyze the performance of the campaigns to create strategies. Regularly monitor & analyze the campaign rankings & performance and create the plan of action as per the findings. Scaling the overall brand visibility and organic growth. Work closely with other teams and seniors to drive the overall growth of the project and organization.
