• This is regarding the opening for leading Fund Management Firm

We are looking to add a highly qualified and experienced Client Service Manager to our team. The chosen applicant will ensure that our clients' demands are satisfied and their experience with our company is outstanding by offering them outstanding service, support, and solutions.

• The client service manager will provide customized financial solutions to a wide spectrum of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
  
• The position involves proactive planning and daily supervision of FPI's customer servicing operations while upholding the strictest quality standards and deadlines.
  
• Building and sustaining excellent relationships with clients while comprehending their demands and providing customized solutions is the job description.
  Communicate with internal teams to provide a seamless customer onboarding process. Recognize the rules pertaining to foreign investments.

• For a seamless onboarding process, communicate with distributors and referral agents as well as administrators.
  
• Keep track of any client requests for financial transfers and work with PCM and the custodian to arrange them.
  
• Get accurate and timely client feedback. Engage with them and make sure that any legitimate client issues are promptly resolved.
  Send unanswered questions and problems to the relevant staff. Conditions

Education:

Experience: 4-5 years

Communication Skills: Outstanding written and spoken communication abilities.

Problem solving: The capacity to assess issues, set priorities, and put workable solutions into action.
