Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact, nurture relationships, understand client needs, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Oversee client service staff, train new hires, provide mentorship, and manage daily team operations.
  • Handle complex client problems, complaints, and conflicts, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement client service strategies, analyze client feedback, and identify opportunities for account growth and contract renewals.
  • Work with sales, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and project success.
  • Manage client accounts, provide progress updates, customize contracts, and manage renewal processes.
