Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for our clients. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding manpower requirements, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery through calls, virtual meetings, and regular client interactions.

This is a highly client-facing role, ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, relationship builders, and quick problem solvers.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients

Handle client interactions over calls, video meetings, and emails

Understand and gather client manpower requirements in detail

Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely closure of requirements

Provide regular status updates, reports, and feedback to clients

Manage client expectations and resolve concerns professionally

Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth

Ensure service quality, turnaround time, and client satisfaction

Support business development by upselling additional manpower services

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong client handling and relationship management abilities

Confident, presentable, and easy to engage with clients

Ability to understand business requirements quickly

Professional attitude with strong follow-up skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manpower/recruitment environment

Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and virtual meeting tools

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline

1–4 years of experience in client servicing, recruitment coordination, HR services, or manpower solutions

Experience in staffing, recruitment agencies, or HR consultancies is preferred

Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered
