Client Service Manager

As an Education Technology (Ed-Tech) company, Hitbullseye is dedicated to providing a variety of technology-driven educational products and services for both the Business to Business (B2B) segment, catering to colleges and schools, and the Business to Consumer (B2C) segment, serving students and aspirants aiming to excel in competitive exams for graduation and post-graduation colleges. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture relationships with college management and student bodies. - Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team, colleges, and students to organize webinars and events. - Efficiently manage and update data on CRM for enhanced organizational efficiency. - Deliver exceptional after-sales service to maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Qualifications Required: - Must hold a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in any discipline. - Possess a minimum of 2 years of proven experience, preferably in the EdTech industry or College Societies/Clubs. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - A winning mentality coupled with key skills like Patience, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving is highly valued. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a total work experience of at least 2 years. The work location for this role is in person. ,
