We are seeking a dynamic Marketing MBA professional to lead our lead generation and growth strategy efforts. This is a strategic execution role focused on aligning paid media, digital channels, CRM, and offline marketing into a streamlined pipeline that generates qualified leads globally. The ideal candidate brings a sales-first mindset, understands the marketing funnel deeply, and can coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver real business impact.


This person will act as a hub between strategy and execution, coordinating across SEO, CRM, content, performance marketing, and design teams, while collaborating directly with the market analyst and leadership to drive international expansion through distributors and key accounts.


Key Responsibilities:


1) Lead Generation Strategy

Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital and offline channels

Align paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), PR, email marketing, SEO, and inside sales to attract quality leads

Combine digital and offline activities to expand the global distributor and client network


2) Campaign Planning & Performance

Plan and oversee ad placements, media buying, and campaign calendar

Review email marketing & automation campaigns for performance and relevance

Analyze campaign effectiveness and funnel conversion; iterate quickly


3) Team Coordination

Ensure timely delivery of assets and alignment with campaign goals

Report outcomes, blockers, and next steps weekly to leadership


4) CRM, Nurturing, & Sales Alignment

Collaborate with the CRM team to build nurturing workflows & lead scoring models

Improve communication between MQLs and inside sales

Recommend CRM automations to improve funnel efficiency


5) Strategic Collaboration

Partner with the Market Manager & Business Analyst on campaigns

Identify global growth opportunities, especially in distributor/B2B partner acquisition

Support brand-building across Wikipedia, OOH, and events


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution
  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, with exposure to digital and offline campaigns
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM workflows, and funnel analytics
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRMs; Google Analytics; Meta & Google Ads Manager
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with strong commercial sense and sales thinking
