Stead Kraft Solutions, furniture manufacturing company in Guwahati, specializes in Steel and Wooden Furnitures . We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships by visiting organization. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for communication and a passion for results-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit organizations to establish connections and generate leads.
• Present our company's products/services effectively to stakeholders in organizations.
• Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within organizations
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to enhance lead generation strategies.
• Ensure timely follow-up on potential leads to convert them into long-term partnerships.
• Maintain detailed records of visits and interactions for reporting purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with government processes and protocols is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
