Additionally, the executive identifies potential leads from interactions and assigns them to the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover and timely follow-up. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from clients and prospects. Provide timely, personalized, and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Understand and resolve customer queries by simplifying complex concepts. Qualify and assign leads to the appropriate sales personnel. Maintain accurate and meticulous records of client interactions. Collaborate with adjacent departments to streamline service delivery and communication. Foster long-term customer engagement by delivering a high-quality experience. Qualifications: Education: BE/Btech in Mechanical. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call handling, or relationship management roles. Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, ability to simplify complex information, empathetic listening, meticulous data entry, and proficiency in spoken English. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.
