Job Description

Designation: Senior Marketing Executive

Preferred Experience: 4+ years

Location: Pune (Hybrid)


Roles & responsibilities:


Implement marketing strategies to promote services and solutions. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation and conversion.


  • Lead Generation

    : Implementing lead generation strategies to attract and acquire potential customers, including inbound marketing tactics like SEO, content marketing, and lead magnets.
  • Campaign Management

    : planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, conferences, and events.
  • Event Management

    : planning and coordinating marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches, to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Content Creation

    : Developing engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, including websites, social media posts, blogs, videos, and marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and, standees, among others.
  • Social Media Management

    : Managing social media profiles, creating social media content calendars, monitoring social media engagement, and analyzing social media performance metrics.
  • SEO and SEM

    : Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and search engine ranking, and managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns for targeted traffic acquisition.
  • Email Marketing

    : Designing and executing email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, segmenting email lists, and analyzing email campaign performance.
  • Marketing Analytics

    : Analyzing marketing performance metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, website traffic, and engagement metrics, to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Market Research

    : Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Customer Engagement

    : Engaging with customers through various channels to build relationships, gather feedback, and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Brand Management

    : Managing and promoting the company's brand identity, values, and messaging to maintain a positive brand image and reputation.
  • Collaboration

    : Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in marketing for IT Company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
