Role & responsibilities Audit AR reports, claims, and follow-up activities with accuracy Review denials, underpayments, and unpaid claims Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions Ensure compliance with US Healthcare RCM & payer guidelines Coordinate with AR teams for timely resolution of issues Provide audit feedback and actionable insights to improve collections Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4 years of experience in AR Auditing (US Healthcare RCM must) Strong understanding of AR follow-up, denial management & audit parameters Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills Ability to work in a target-driven RCM environment
