Senior Marketing Executive

Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing key marketing initiatives, strengthening brand presence, and driving business growth for 1Chaze.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Drive lead generation, conversion optimization, and campaign performance
• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging
• Manage branding, positioning, and communication strategies for 1Chaze
• Analyze marketing metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights
• Oversee content planning for social media, website, emailers, and marketing collateral
• Identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
• Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing (digital & offline preferred)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, branding, and lead funnels
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM tools, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,904.80 - ₹35,928.18 per month
