Role Overview: The Executive Assistant will act as the right hand to the Founder, managing schedules, communications, and high-level administrative tasks. This position requires a blend of exceptional organizational skills, discretion, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities: Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the Founder’s meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication: Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence (emails, letters, reports, presentations). Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Liaison Role: Act as a communication bridge between the Founder and internal teams and clients. Project Assistance: Support ongoing initiatives and special projects as needed. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business and personal information with the highest level of discretion. Efficiency: Anticipate Founder’s needs, optimize workflows, and ensure deadlines are met. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives or Founders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional demeanor and ability to represent the office of the Founder. A proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving.
