● Plan and execute large-scale summits, conclaves, and award ceremonies involving VVIPs, ministries, industry leaders, and international stakeholders. ● Ensure on-time delivery of key milestones (venue booking, agenda finalization, guest confirmations, production, etc.). ● Maintain quality standards aligned with the organization’s brand across all events. ● Build and manage high-level relationships with government dignitaries, CXOs, industry bodies, and international agencies. ● Secure strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and endorsements. ● Coordinate with embassies, ministries, and global institutions to ensure representation and alignment. ● Develop impactful event narratives, scripts, speaker bios, session themes, and official communications. ● Lead messaging that aligns with national priorities (e.g., IMEC, Make in India, Sustainability, MSME growth). ● Ensure consistent brand voice across website, social media, collaterals, and press notes. ● Oversee coordination between creative, digital, production, content, and operations teams. ● Ensure all moving parts of an event or initiative are aligned and executed smoothly. ● Create post-event reports for stakeholders including ministries, sponsors, and partners. ● Highlight ROI, participation metrics, policy relevance, and success stories from the event. ● Conceive new event properties, verticals, and partnerships ● Identify market gaps and formulate event IPs that align with national/international agendas.
