Job Title:

Senior Manager Buying (Kids Wear)

Key Responsibilities

Drive the
buying strategy
for the boys wear category in line with overall business goals.
Plan assortments based on
consumer insights, fashion trends, and sales performance
.
Collaborate with design & merchandising teams to build relevant, brand-aligned collections.
Manage
supplier/vendor negotiations
to ensure competitive pricing and margins.
Track sell-through, inventory health, and make agile buying decisions.
Ensure a consistent and compelling product offering across
offline stores & e-commerce platforms
.

Desired Candidate Profile

10+ years
of buying/merchandising experience (preferably in
Kids Wear / Boys Wear
).
Proven exposure to both
online and offline retail formats
.
Strong track record of delivering
profitable assortments & driving category growth
.
Excellent
vendor management, sourcing, and negotiation
skills.
Analytical mindset with a strong sense of
fashion & consumer behaviour
.
Based in or open to relocating to
Bengaluru
(mandatory onsite role – 5 days).
