The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of kidswear, exceptional vendor management skills, and the ability to balance creativity with commercial acumen . This role involves working across online and offline retail formats to ensure the right product mix, competitive pricing, and timely execution to maximize sales and profitability. Key Responsibilities Drive the buying strategy for the boys wear category in line with overall business goals. Plan assortments based on consumer insights, fashion trends, and sales performance . Collaborate with design & merchandising teams to build relevant, brand-aligned collections. Manage supplier/vendor negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and margins. Track sell-through, inventory health, and make agile buying decisions. Ensure a consistent and compelling product offering across offline stores & e-commerce platforms . Desired Candidate Profile 10+ years of buying/merchandising experience (preferably in Kids Wear / Boys Wear ). Proven exposure to both online and offline retail formats . Strong track record of delivering profitable assortments & driving category growth . Excellent vendor management, sourcing, and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with a strong sense of fashion & consumer behaviour . Based in or open to relocating to Bengaluru (mandatory onsite role – 5 days).
