Job Description

Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver superior customer service.
Ensure the store reflects the brands luxury standards in terms of visual merchandising, product presentation, and overall ambiance.
Monitor sales performance, analyze business reports, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring personalized service and client retention.
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high performance and product knowledge.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and discretion.
Oversee adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and compliance standards.
Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives in alignment with the brand team.
Collaborate with regional and corporate teams on business strategies, reporting, and store improvements.
