Store Manager

Role Overview: As a Store Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the store. This includes managing staff, generating sales, controlling inventory, providing excellent customer service, ensuring store compliance, and implementing security measures. Your role will be crucial in driving the store's financial performance and maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate employees - Develop sales strategies to achieve financial targets and motivate sales teams - Manage stock levels, order products, and ensure timely replenishment - Address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience - Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and compliance with policies - Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial goals are met - Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations - Implement security measures for theft prevention - Develop and implement marketing strategies and maintain visual merchandising standards Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in retail management or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent customer service abilities - Knowledge of inventory control and financial management - Familiarity with marketing strategies and visual merchandising techniques Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule in Bardoli, Gujarat.
