Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate records of all stock, supplies, and materials.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments for stock replenishment.
Monitor usage and minimize wastage of materials.
Ensure timely distribution of items to all departments as per requisitions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in store/inventory management (preferably in hotels or resorts).
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.
Ability to handle pressure and meet operational needs.
Good communication and coordination skills.
