Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all stock, supplies, and materials.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments for stock replenishment.
  • Monitor usage and minimize wastage of materials.
  • Ensure timely distribution of items to all departments as per requisitions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in store/inventory management (preferably in hotels or resorts).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet operational needs.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
