Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately
  • Manage guest queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
  • Maintain records, reports, and front office logs
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times
  • Upsell rooms and resort services when possible

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Front Office/Reception (hotel or resort preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Ezee Optimus, Djubo, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi preferred)
  • Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility for shift duties, weekends, and holidays
