Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior SAP Solutions & Infrastructure Analyst to serve as the primary technical anchor for our SAP ecosystem. This role is critical for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficiency of our core SAP systems (FI/CO, MM, SD) and the underlying IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert who can seamlessly navigate from high-level functional configuration and end-to-end process design to hands-on Basis tasks and basic network security. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the company in SAP, from master data creation to troubleshooting complex cross-module issues and ensuring system security and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Functional Management & Configuration (FI/CO, MM, SD):

• Configure, customize, and maintain the SAP FI/CO, MM, and SD modules to meet evolving business needs.
• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of a new company code, including all related global and local settings, chart of accounts, fiscal year variants, credit control areas, and material master data structures.
• Define and manage the integration points between FI/CO, MM, and SD to ensure seamless financial posting and logistics execution.
• Create and maintain master data (e.g., General Ledger Accounts, Cost Centers, Vendors, Customers, Material Masters, Info Records, Source Lists).

2. SAP System Administration & Basis Support:

• Manage and execute transports for configuration, reports, and other development objects across the SAP landscape (Dev, QA, Prod) using the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Perform basic user administration, including role creation and maintenance (PFCG) to ensure compliance and segregation of duties.
• Collaborate with external Basis support teams for complex system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Understand and manage the SAP backend (Spool administration, client copies, background job scheduling).

3. Troubleshooting & Support:

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex issues spanning multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD).
• Analyze and resolve authorization errors, data inconsistencies, and integration problems.
• Serve as the highest level of internal support for critical SAP incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions.

4. IT Infrastructure & Security:

• Manage and monitor basic firewall configurations to ensure secure access to the SAP environment.
• Plan, schedule, and verify system backups and recovery procedures for SAP systems.
• Monitor system performance, storage, and availability, taking proactive measures to prevent outages.
• Apply a strong understanding of IT security principles to the SAP landscape and related infrastructure.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Mandatory Certification: SAP Certification in at least one of the following: FI, CO, MM, or SD.
• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP configuration, support, and implementation, with deep expertise in at least two of the three modules: FI/CO, MM, and SD.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in creating and configuring a company code from scratch, including all related organizational structures and master data.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth understanding of the SAP Transport Management System (TMS).
• Proven experience with SAP Role Creation and Maintenance (PFCG).
• Hands-on experience with master data creation and governance across key SAP domains.
• Practical knowledge of managing SAP backups, restores, and basic system copies.
• Basic knowledge of network security concepts and firewall configuration as it pertains to SAP system access.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-functional issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a standalone or small-team IT environment where broad technical knowledge is essential.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA database.
• Basic knowledge of SAP NetWeaver ABAP to understand debugging and custom developments.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
