Order Processing Executive - Documentation Logistics - 📍 Mumbai - Andheri | 🚀 Immediate Joiner

About the Role

Order Processing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain customer master data in SAP.
Process Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Credit Control, and Logistics for smooth order flow.
Track orders and share updates with Sales and Business Heads.
Lodge and follow up on customer complaints for timely resolution.
Monitor critical issues (e.g., shipment delays, demurrage risks) and escalate as needed.

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration.
2–4 years of experience in order processing or sales coordination.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
