Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing (Polymers)

As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing (Polymers) at our company located in Andheri East, Mumbai, you will be an integral part of our Polymers department reporting directly to the Chief Manager. With 5-7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the polymers industry, you will be responsible for driving business growth, cultivating enduring customer relationships, facilitating technical application development, and identifying new opportunities in the polymer market. This role encompasses a diverse range of tasks with a strong emphasis on sales strategy and application support, making it a growth-oriented and cross-functional position. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around sales and marketing activities, including building and nurturing strong customer connections, leading commercial negotiations, managing order confirmations, monitoring credit and collections, driving new business development, maintaining MIS reports, and organizing customer databases. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical teams on product development, recommend suitable materials, coordinate customer trials, support commodity sales strategies, plan market and competitor analysis, conduct client visits, and provide actionable insights. You will also be expected to undertake cross-functional tasks and strategic projects as required. To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA in Sales & Marketing, a background in Polymer Engineering, or a degree in a related field with a PG Diploma in Polymers. Your 5-7 years of relevant experience in Sales & Business Development will be crucial for success in this position.
