Order Processing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Executive to handle end-to-end order entry, coordination, and tracking. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer orders in internal systems (ERP/CRM/Excel).
• Verify order details such as pricing, quantity, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Track order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Handle order-related queries and resolve basic issues promptly.
• Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation of orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Support the team with daily operational and administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience in order processing, operations, or back-office support.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems.
• Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, or logistics processes.
• Customer handling or coordination experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
