Order Processing Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring a B2B Operations Executive to handle daily B2B order processing, packing, documentation, and dispatch for Amazon B2B and Flipkart B2B. The role focuses on accurate execution, vendor hub appointment coordination, and timely dispatch of high-volume orders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. The role includes managing order processing, scheduling vendor-hub appointments, documentation, packing as per compliance guidelines, coordinating with transporters, and ensuring timely dispatch of all B2B orders with zero errors.

2. B2B Order Processing

• Download and verify B2B orders from Amazon B2B, Flipkart B2B, and customer POs.
• Check product availability and coordinate with inventory team for shortages.
• Prepare bulk pick lists and issue to picking team.
• Ensure picking accuracy for large-volume/B2B orders.
• Oversee packing as per platform-specific B2B guidelines (carton label, palletization, packaging standards).
• Ensure proper barcode, MRP label, QTY label, PO label are pasted.

3. Appointment Scheduling

• Book delivery appointments for Amazon & Flipkart Vendor Hub.
• Coordinate with platform teams for slot confirmation and rescheduling.
• Prepare all required documents for appointment-based deliveries.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Amazon B2B & Flipkart B2B vendor hub process.
• Understanding of B2B documentation: PO, ASN, packing list, carton list.
• Experience with bulk picking, palletization, and dispatch.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (good).
• Strong coordination & communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume operations with accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Bhiwandi, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
