Make Fabric Pandit irresistible on the feed, on stories, and in the minds of every Indianwear-loving customer. 🧠 Responsibilities: Own Instagram end-to-end: Plan, schedule, and post all feed content, stories, and reels with consistency Content Calendar & Strategy: Build weekly/monthly calendars for launches, drops, festivals, BTS, customer reviews, styling tips, etc. Engagement & Community: Reply to comments, DMs, mentions, and grow real relationships with our followers Reel Planning & Scripting: Collaborate with founders, stylist, and team to create viral, trend-based reels Brand Aesthetic: Maintain visual and tonal consistency across posts — elegant yet rooted, aspirational yet relatable Performance Tracking: Monitor reach, saves, shares, and content performance. From unstitched suits to ready-to-wear kurtas and curated Indian fabrics, you’ll translate each piece into a visually compelling story — across website shoots, Instagram content, and ads. You’ll work closely with the founders, creative director, photographer, and performance team to ensure that every launch looks iconic and drives conversion. 🧠 Responsibilities: End-to-End Styling: Conceptualize, plan, and style all product shoots — from model fittings to accessories and backdrop ideas Shoot Direction & Coordination: Work with photographers, models, makeup artists, and the creative team to execute clean, Zara-style editorial shoots Visual Consistency: Maintain consistent styling aesthetics across women’s and men’s collections (especially silks, linens, banarasis, unstitched sets) Trend Mapping: Stay updated with Indian fashion, Gen-Z preferences, and cultural aesthetics to keep collections aspirational yet rooted Instagram-First Thinking: Plan styling with content formats in mind — Reels, Stories, Carousels, and Meta Ads Styling for Conversion: Style products in a way that enhances fabric feel, drape, and how it appears on camera (drive website + ad conversions) Wardrobe Planning: Organize and manage garments, samples, and accessories needed for weekly/biweekly shoots 🧵 You Should Have: 1–3 years experience as a stylist or assistant stylist in fashion brands, shoots, or editorial teams Great taste + eye for detail — understands color, layering, silhouettes, and poses Experience working with Indianwear and/or Indo-fusion styles preferred Confidence working under pressure in fast-moving teams (new launches every 2 weeks) Familiarity with moodboards, creative briefs, and shoot planning tools Ability to work with a lean creative setup (1 photographer + 1 founder + 1 content lead)
