Dealer and Distributor Financial Transactions Management including raising of Invoices, keeping track of advances, Depositing Cheques, Passing Debit Notes and Credit Notes. 2. Collect order from dealer and trucking the order dispatch situation, make sure goods smoothly dispatch to Dealer ,deal with all sale return. 3. Reconciliation of Dealer Accounts on a monthly Basis and taking Sign-Offs, make sure receivable amount reasonable 4. Closely work with Sales Team for Dealer Relationship Management. 5. Handling Payments and Receipts, e-way bill, Invoices, Accounts Receivables...etc. 6. supporting Petty Cash Expenses on a regular basis. 7. Audit Co-ordination and Final Accounts Preparation. 8.
