Accounts Receivable Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to oversee all retail and platform-based client accounts (online & offline). The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end AR operations, ensure accurate reconciliation across multiple platforms, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage accounts receivable functions across all retail channels (online & offline) and platform-based clients.
• Perform regular account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial records and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Track incoming payments, verify billing accuracy, and ensure timely posting to customer accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to address payment delays, disputes, and account-related issues.
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports; follow up on overdue accounts and improve collection efficiency.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities related to receivables.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external audit requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance AR accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within the retail, e-commerce, or trading industry.
• Strong understanding of AR reconciliation, billing processes, and platform-based client management.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or Oracle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing accounts across multiple online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Knowledge of GST and basic taxation principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
