Web Design Intern

As a Website Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply your design and technical skills to enhance our websites and digital assets. Working closely with our design and development team, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of visually appealing, user-friendly websites, primarily using Shopify.

Website Design and Development:

• Assist in the design and development of responsive and visually appealing websites.
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging layouts, graphics, and other design elements.
• Customize and manage Shopify themes to align with the company’s branding and design guidelines.

Content Management:

• Update and manage website content, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Optimize images, videos, and other media for web performance and user experience.

App Integration and Maintenance:

• Install and configure Shopify apps to enhance website functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to themes, apps, or website performance.

User Experience Enhancement:

• Contribute ideas to improve user experience, site navigation, and overall website functionality.
• Implement best practices for UI/UX design to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces

Qualifications:

• A degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Shopify, including theme customization and app integration.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
