Oversee and manage all aspects of the Manual and Corel design process for jewellery pieces, ensuring the designs meet customer specifications, company quality standards, and are production-ready. 2.Design Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in jewellery design and CAD Design (Jewel CAD). Introduce innovative design techniques and practices to keep the company at the forefront of the industry. 3.Custom Design Development: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into detailed, customized products for unique jewellery pieces. 4.Attend the overseas Exhibitions 5.Suggest design concepts to sales team fro customers. 6.Workflow Management: Manage the team’s design / CAD schedule and prioritize tasks to meet customer/ inhouse projects' deadlines, including handling both custom and standard jewellery design requests. 7.Timely Design Delivery: Ensure that all designs are created and delivered on time, meeting agreed-upon deadlines for client approvals, production handoffs, and revisions. 8.Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of Manual / Corel / CAD designs, ensuring that all models are free from errors, structurally sound, and meet production requirements. 9. Software & Tools Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of Design software and related tools, ensuring the team has access to the most effective and up-to-date software. In some extend also related to CAD related issues. 10.Production Coordination: Work closely with the production and manufacturing teams to ensure all designs are technically feasible and align with the production capabilities. 11.Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, order processing team , PD team , IT -Software team ,Audit team , Third party vendors and customer service teams to understand client requirements, ensure the design meets customer expectations, and provide support for bespoke orders.
