About the Role

National / International Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute

    National and International sales strategies

    to drive revenue growth in domestic and global markets.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, providing reports and forecasts for assigned regions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients, particularly in the

    education sector

    , across national and international territories.
  • Lead

    B2B SaaS sales

    , focusing on demonstrating and selling

    ERP solutions

    to schools and universities.
  • Manage digital sales channels and optimize strategies using

    SEO, PPC, CRM, and analytics

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Represent Serosoft at

    domestic and international events

    , fostering partnerships and expanding the company’s presence.
  • Demonstrate a strong “

    ” mindset, with a proven track record of independently managing the entire sales cycle, while also effectively collaborating with the team when needed.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 10+ years in

    National and/or International sales

    SaaS or ERP solutions

  • Experience in the education sector and digital marketing tools (SEO, CRM, PPC) preferred.
