Senior Manager Sales

As a Senior Sales Professional specializing in Electrical and Switchgear Products, your role will involve driving sales in the Coimbatore region while exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with industrial clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors. Your tasks will also include conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers to effectively showcase our solutions. Identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and analyzing competitor activities will be crucial to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will prepare and negotiate commercial offers, proposals, and contracts in alignment with company policies, collaborating with internal teams for timely project execution and customer satisfaction. Regularly providing market feedback and reports to management for business planning purposes will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of switchgear and electrical products in Coimbatore, surpassing sales targets - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors - Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training for customers - Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and analyze competitor activities - Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, proposals, and contracts - Collaborate with internal teams for timely project execution and customer satisfaction - Provide regular market feedback and reports to management Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering preferred - Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales of electrical/switchgear products, preferably with leading brands or panel builders - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Coimbatore market or similar regions In this role, you will need to demonstrate deep technical product knowledge, industry market awareness, strong commercial negotiation acumen, resilience, self-motivation, and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
