Senior Manager - Master Planning

Purpose/Objective

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Master Planning with a minimum of 10 years of expertise in the Real Estate industry to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess a background in Architecture and a proven track record in strategic planning and development. As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our real estate projects, driving innovation, and ensuring successful execution of master plans.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Role & Responsibilities - Lead the master planning process for new real estate projects from conception to execution. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and develop comprehensive master plans that align with business objectives. - Utilize market research and industry trends to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of master plans. - Provide strategic guidance on land use, zoning regulations, and environmental considerations to drive sustainable development. - Oversee the design and implementation of master plans, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Prepare and present reports, proposals, and updates to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and opportunities. - Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. - Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in master planning to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation. Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Architecture/ Urban Planning or related fields. Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.
