Senior Manager - Master Planning

Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities Lead the master planning process for new real estate projects from conception to execution. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and develop comprehensive master plans that align with business objectives. Utilize market research and industry trends to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of master plans. Provide strategic guidance on land use, zoning regulations, and environmental considerations to drive sustainable development. Oversee the design and implementation of master plans, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and updates to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and opportunities. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
