Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee all aspects of HVAC/Air Conditioning projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project deliverables are met.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance to team members.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in managing HVAC/Air Conditioning projects, with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
