Work with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or equivalent software for drafting and modelling. Perform load calculations (electrical load, HVAC load), sizing of equipment (air conditioners, pumps, lighting, etc.). Prepare specifications of MEP equipment, materials, and systems. Coordinate with architecture, structure, interiors teams to integrate MEP systems without conflicts. Participate in site visits to gather existing conditions, supervise installations, ensure compliance with drawings. Review vendor / supplier submissions for equipment and materials; check for compliance with specifications. Ensure designs and installations comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, environmental regulations. Assist in preparing BOQ, cost estimates for MEP works; help with tender documentation. Track progress during execution, resolve site issues, support quality control & commissioning of MEP systems
