Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Infrastructure/Industrial professional to join our team at Surbana Jurong, where we put talent, hard work, teamwork, and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively. Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure and industrial projects.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for successful execution.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deliverables.

Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in infrastructure and industrial development.

Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.

Experience with project management tools and software is an added advantage.
