The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in developing financial strategies that align with Bunge's global objectives, managing financial risks, and enhancing overall profitability.Main AccountabilitiesLead and manage the comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for assigned business units or corporate functions, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models and dashboards to analyze historical performance, forecast future trends, and evaluate business opportunities.Conduct in-depth variance analysis of actual results against budget and forecast, providing insightful explanations and identifying key drivers of financial performance.Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable business intelligence.Collaborate effectively with various departments (e.g., Accounting, Operations, Commercial teams) to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and ensure integrated financial planning.Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the FP&A function to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.Knowledge and SkillsBehavior Make decisions aligned to Bunge’s global strategy, business needs and financial goals and explore new perspectives by driving innovation.Cultivate strong relationships and networks, effectively influence others, and develop talent to excel in their current and future roles.Develop data driven strategies aligned with Bunge’s priorities, energize others to action through clear and compelling communication.Technical Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelingDemonstrated experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirableStrong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skillsEducation & Experience CA with 7-8 years experience in FP&A, MBA with 10 years experienceMinimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
