Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. - Proven track record of driving process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial planning efficiency.
