Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    The Associate Manager (Civil) at Adani in Anupur will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical activities in Thermal Projects. The ideal candidate should have 6-13 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry, demonstrating strong technical skills and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Lead and manage the Civil team in Thermal Projects, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met. - Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Civil systems. - Develop and implement strategies to improve Civil processes and systems. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and goals. - Prepare reports, budgets, and project plans as required. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Civil technology. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications and Experience


    - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field - 6-13 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry - Experience in managing Civil activities - Demonstrated leadership skills
