About The Role
Skill Requirements:

15+ years of management experience, currently in a leadership role within an MNC BPO, driving people and organizational initiatives across different sites.

Project management experience with client-facing projects in consulting and/or technology services.

Experience in the life and pension insurance domain.

Responsibilities:

Own and manage various offshore customer journeys and new transitions.

Manage the end-to-end journey for the offshore team as part of a collaborative team environment.

Lead day-to-day operations for the team and work closely with the Onshore Journey Lead and Offshore Head.

Demonstrate a strong and proven track record in delivering large-sized transformation programs.

Manage end-to-end offshore operations delivery for back office, digital channels, transformation, and P&L for the span.

Drive improvement in customer experience and transformation across the journeys.

Exhibit impeccable operational acumen with the ability to problem-solve and resolve conflict.
