No selling of legal packages involved.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales Leadership
- Lead, monitor, and support a team of Field Sales Executives/Advisor
- Drive daily field activity, customer meetings, and closure efficiency
- Manage target achievement through strong funnel management
- Conduct field audits, training, shadowing and performance reviews
Customer & Transaction Support
- Guide customers during property visits, negotiation, and final closure
- Ensure accurate verification and handling of property documents
- Help the team explain documentation requirements to customers
- Support in coordinating with internal legal teams and registration teams
Legal Documentation Understanding
- Ability to understand and review basic property documents including:
- Sale Deed / Mother Deed
- Encumbrance Certificate (EC)
- Khata / 7-12 / RTC
- Tax receipts, NOC, RERA approvals
- Land records & layout approvals
- Verify completeness of documents received from customers
- Ensure all mandatory documents are collected before closure
Process & Quality Control
- Monitor TAT for document submission and closure process
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in document handling
- Support escalations related to property documentation
- Improve customer experience through process excellence
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Legal, Documentation, and Registration teams
- Align with Marketing/Inside Sales to improve lead flow
- Provide market insights to Product & Ops teams
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Sales / Real Estate Sales
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
- Good knowledge of property documentation process
- Strong customer handling & negotiation skills
- Ability to simplify legal/documentation requirements for customers
- Stakeholder collaboration across internal teams
Education
- Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred: Exposure to Real Estate documentation, RERA certification
