What You'll Do
As a Senior Lead - Talent Acquisition at PGS, you will design and spearhead organization-wide recruitment strategies that have a direct impact on business results. You’ll serve as a trusted consultant to senior management, propel change within the TA and overall HR - department, and establish talent ecosystems prepared for the future. This position requires forward-thinking, operational expertise, and a strong dedication to diverse and balanced recruitment methods.
- Build and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives, aligning talent acquisition with long-term business goals across multiple functions and geographies.
- Lead and scale high-impact hiring programs, including leadership hiring, org planning, and niche capability building, early career hiring across Tech and Non-Tech domains.
- Work closely with senior business collaborators, such as CXOs & (-1s, -2s), to develop talent strategies, drive organizational change, and embed hiring excellence into business culture.
- Champion innovation in sourcing and engagement, using sophisticated tools, market intelligence, and employer branding to attract top-tier, diverse talent.
- Set up and manage TA metrics and dashboards, using data to advise decisions, predict hiring trends, and measure the value across recruitment channels.
- Mentor and develop high-performing TA teams, encouraging a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous learning.
- Drive vendor strategy and partnerships, ensuring scalability, cost-efficiency, and quality across external sourcing channels.
- Embed compliance, ethics, and sustainability into every aspect of the hiring lifecycle, ensuring alignment with global standards and internal policies.
- Orchestrate transformation projects, such as enhancing ATS functionality, restructuring processes, and advancing digitalization within recruitment operations.

- Outstanding leadership and mentorship abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing, empowered teams.
- Advanced proficiency in recruitment technologies, data analytics, and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, ATS platforms).
- Dedication to inclusive, ethical, and balanced hiring practices, with a focus on long-term talent outcomes.
