Role Overview: As a Senior Lead - Talent Acquisition at PGS, you will be responsible for designing and spearheading organization-wide recruitment strategies that directly impact business results. Your role will involve serving as a trusted consultant to senior management, driving change within the Talent Acquisition and HR departments, and establishing talent ecosystems for the future. This position requires forward-thinking, operational expertise, and a strong commitment to diverse and balanced recruitment methods. Key Responsibilities: - Build and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives to align talent acquisition with long-term business goals across multiple functions and geographies. - Lead and scale high-impact hiring programs, including leadership hiring, organizational planning, and niche capability building, focusing on early career hiring across Tech and Non-Tech domains. - Collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders, such as CXOs & (-1s, -2s), to develop talent strategies, facilitate organizational change, and embed hiring excellence into the business culture. - Innovate sourcing and engagement strategies using sophisticated tools, market intelligence, and employer branding to attract top-tier diverse talent. - Establish and manage Talent Acquisition metrics and dashboards, leveraging data to inform decisions, forecast hiring trends, and evaluate the value across recruitment channels. - Mentor and develop high-performing Talent Acquisition teams, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous learning. - Drive vendor strategy and partnerships to ensure scalability, cost-efficiency, and quality across external sourcing channels. - Incorporate compliance, ethics, and sustainability into all aspects of the hiring lifecycle, ensuring alignment with global standards and internal policies. - Lead transformation projects such as enhancing ATS functionality, restructuring processes, and advancing digitalization within recruitment operations. Qualifications: - You are a transformative leader and strategic operator with the ability to build, scale, and transform Talent Acquisition functions. - Possess over 12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with expertise in strategic hiring, collaborator coordination, and team leadership. - Demonstrate strong business acumen to translate organizational goals into actionable talent strategies. - Exhibit outstanding leadership and mentorship skills, proven by a track record of developing high-performing and empowered teams. - Have advanced proficiency in recruitment technologies, data analytics, and reporting tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and ATS platforms. - Show dedication to inclusive, ethical, and balanced hiring practices with a focus on long-term talent outcomes.
