Job Description As a Senior Lead Recruiter at Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. You will collaborate closely with department managers to comprehend hiring needs, devise effective recruitment strategies, update recruitment databases, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
