Role Overview:

We seek an experienced and proactive Sr. Lead Recruiter for Talent Acquisition team to lead our sales hiring and lateral hiring. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environment of EdTech, understands the nuances of bulk sales hiring and has a passion for building strong and diverse teams.

Senior Lead Recruiter - Leadership hiring. (IC role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, etc.)
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and drive workforce planning initiatives
• Optimize the hiring funnel to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate quality
• Expertise in Leadership hiring
• Ensure a top-notch candidate experience aligned with our employer brand
• Track recruitment metrics and generate insightful hiring reports for leadership
• Stay current on market trends and talent availability within the EdTech industry
• Purely responsible for niche hiring process

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong background in Sales hiring
• Prior experience in

  EdTech company is mandatory

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
• Strong data orientation and understanding of recruitment tools
• Proven ability to scale teams in high-growth environments
