Role Overview:

We seek an experienced and proactive Sr. Lead Recruiter for Talent Acquisition team to lead our sales hiring and lateral hiring. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environment of EdTech, understands the nuances of bulk sales hiring, and has a passion for building strong and diverse teams.

Senior Lead Recruiter - Leadership hiring. (IC role)

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, employee

referrals, etc.)

● Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and drive workforce planning

initiatives

● Optimize the hiring funnel to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate quality

● Expertise in Leadership hiring

● Ensure a top-notch candidate experience aligned with our employer brand

● Track recruitment metrics and generate insightful hiring reports for leadership

● Stay current on market trends and talent availability within the EdTech industry

● Purely responsible for niche hiring process

Desired Qualifications:

● Minimum 5 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong background in Sales hiring

EdTech company is mandatory

● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills

● Strong data orientation and understanding of recruitment tools

● Proven ability to scale teams in high-growth environments
